meet the artist

a warm and happy hello to you - i’m so glad you stopped by.

my name is mina and i’m an english language and special education teacher by day, and a budding / striving artist by night. however, after 5 long (but meaningful) years of being an educator, i’ve decided to take a break from the classroom, leave home and move here, to japan, to go on my biggest adventure yet.

i’m here to grow. to challenge and be challenged. to make mistakes and learn from them. to be still, be present, and to simply and wholeheartedly be. thanks for joining me on this beautiful journey on this side of the world.
